Stuff we do

Wednesday Nights!

A jam packed night with teaching of the Word, crazy games, praise and worship, small groups, hanging out, and foos ball (hey we take foos ball seriously around here).  When the week seems to be dragging on, Wednesday night at FBC is the place to be to get recharged, motivated to serve, and to celebrate our Savior!  Everyone is welcome!  So come on and join us!

Sunday Mornings

Our church service starts at 10:45am, but if you can make it to the youth room at 9:30am you can join us as we dive into the Word together.  This is a great time for growing and if you are seeking to learn more about God and want to find opportunities to serve and be encouraged then this is where you want to be.

The Upper Room

The name “Upper Room” derives from the upper room that Jesus and His disciples met in.  For us, the Upper Room is a way students who want to dive deeper and be spiritual leaders in their church and community.  Students are required to share what they have been reading from the Bible throughout the week.  They will also be given things to study on their own and be prepared to share what they learned with the rest of the group. There will also be ministry opportunities for these students.

  Game Night

Yes the name is kinda plain, but the stuff we do is far from bland.  One Friday per month we get to meet at the church and play all kinds of crazy outdoor and indoor games.  The activities can be tiring but we have plenty of snacks and drinks to keep us going through the final hour!  The goal of this night is to have visitors.  Everyone is welcome to everything we do, but games nights are a great way for people who are checking things out to get to know our regulars.

SNAC

Sunday Night After Church.  One Sunday a month we meet in someones home, eat snacks, and hang out.  Why?  This is another great opportunity for visitors to join us too!

Serve & Chat

How do we build unity with all ages of the church?  By spending time together.  Students will visit homes of some of our seniors and help with things that need to be done around the house.  In return the seniors get to share what God has done in their lives.

Special Events!

There are special events geared in areas of outreach, growth, and fellowship.  Look for descriptions of these events on a different page!

These are simply organized activities.  These things alone cannot produce effective evangelism, edification, training, and unity.  As Christ followers we must look for opportunities on a daily basis to know Him better and to serve our fellow man.
